Naiomy was born in Moca PR on April 12, 2006. Her parents noticed her interest in the arts in her early years. At the age of 4 she took her first art course in an art school named Learning Together located in Vega Baja PR.
She kept developing her art skills, and improving her works throughout the years. In fourth grade, her art teacher in Madelcar Academy Ms. Feliciano was very impressed by her skills and dedicated special attention to her. Ms. Feliciano even recommended a more specialized shop located in Ciales PR where Mr. Angel Cortijo is the art instructor.
In June 2016 Naiomy started an art course with Mr. Cortijo, and there she made her first official painting. She made several art painting works that year.
In 2018 Naiomy was enrolled in the “Liga de Arte de San Juan” in a drawing and painting course where she improved and learned more techniques. But, she wanted to return to taking classes with who she called her best art mentor. Mr. Cortijo. On summer 2018 she went to a summer workshop and continued working on more paintings with Mr. Cortijo.
At this moment Naiomy has created 15 art works.
